Maine Authors for Lewiston

The Maine literary community comes together to raise funds.

I’m honored to be participating in this fundraiser to help the families of the victims in the Lewiston shooting.

It’s so easy to feel completely powerless in the face of tragedies like these, and it’s only a small gesture of time and donating some of my stock of my own books. But it’s also an act of fellowship, of community around being an author.

I’ll be at Graves Public Library on Giving Tuesday, November 28th, and at MacArthur Public Library—my local—on December 7. I’d love to see local readers there, and I’ll also be sharing information for anyone who can’t come but would like to donate.
